Amalga’s warehouse based just 3 miles from Heathrow Airport is set up to handle anything from Testers, Tasting Stock, GWPs, POS, Shopfitting unitary to large construction fit out materials.
Amalga have developed a Warehouse Management System to meet the vital needs and requirements of our clients. The system enables clients to see the Materials we are holding for them at the Amalga Logistics Centre (ALC) , allowing them to book “ Just in time “ deliveries to site, thereby creating awareness and efficiency and enabling controlled flow of materials onto site .
By controlling materials onto site you create critical space for the Construction team and reduce safety hazards.
The Amalga Management system (ConLog) is designed to co-ordinate the entire booking process, ensuring your materials reach site when needed , preventing any delayed critical path deliveries. ConLog is designed to help clients maximise their time on site at UK Airports.

Security Screening
Amalga are an Approved Security Screening Centre for Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton Airports.
As a result we are able to undertake Airside Screening at our ALC – Amalga Logistics Centre in West Drayton, which enables us to deliver directly from this facility to Airside Locations without having to use third party screening services. The service is designed for Retail Shopfitters and Construction contractos.
Having been heavily involved in the Logistics solution of the Terminal 5 Luxury Retail Redevelopment Project at Heathrow and of Phase 2 of the redevelopment of Stansted, we asked ourselves how we could further improve our service offering to our clients. The answer was to become an Approved Known supplier to Airports, thus allowing us to carry out our own screening, rather than be reliant on 3rd parties.
We are now ideally placed to further improve out Airside Just in Time Logistic solutions, further enhancing our already popular Total Airside Project Support services.

Through our Security Screening Center, Amalga are able to offer Just in Time deliveries, typically consisting of: Construction Material, Site Set up equipment, Vending Machines, Wallbays, Gondolas, Retail Furniture, Office Furniture, PPE, Tester Stock, POS, GWPs, Plant and Equipment, Signage and Media (Any non-restricted palletised or caged materials or products)
